A large enterprise in Africa was developing a new industrial park and required a batch of stationary dock levelers to improve loading and unloading efficiency.
After comparing several suppliers, the customer chose to visit Weilin Qinli's manufacturing facility in Foshan, China, to evaluate our production capabilities, product quality, and manufacturing standards before making a purchasing decision.
Factory Visit
During the factory tour, our sales and engineering teams introduced the customer to every stage of the manufacturing process, including raw material selection, engineering design, fabrication, welding, assembly, and quality inspection.
The customer was particularly impressed by several key product features:
- 8 mm one-piece checkered steel platform with a seamless design for outstanding durability.

Manufacturing & Delivery
Following the successful factory inspection, the customer placed an order for 15 Stationary Dock Levelers and expressed interest in establishing a long-term partnership.
Our production team immediately arranged manufacturing according to the project schedule. Each unit underwent comprehensive quality inspections and performance testing before export to ensure compliance with international quality standards.
