Shaft Installation

Shaft Installation utilizes a pre-constructed or newly built elevator shaft within the building, allowing the hydraulic cargo lift to be seamlessly integrated into the building structure. This installation method is widely used in new factories, warehouses, office buildings, and other facilities where a dedicated lift shaft is planned during construction.

The lifting load is transferred directly to the foundation through the hydraulic cylinders, which significantly reduces the structural load requirements for the shaft itself. As a result, conventional brick or brick-concrete shaft structures are generally sufficient, providing a cost-effective and practical installation solution.

Shaft installation offers excellent stability, efficient use of space, and a clean, integrated appearance, making it an ideal choice for industrial and commercial applications that require safe and reliable vertical material handling.

 Product Features

  • No machine room is required above the shaft. Installation can be completed with a top-floor headroom of 3.5 meters or higher.
  • The hydraulic power unit can be installed within a 15-meter radius of the shaft, requiring only 3–4 m² of floor space.
  • No counterweight system is required, maximizing the usable shaft space and improving space utilization.
  • Smooth and stable operation, with low noise, easy maintenance, and reliable long-term performance.

 FAQ

Q1: What buildings are shaft installation cargo lifts suitable for?

A1: Shaft installation hydraulic cargo lifts are ideal for factories, warehouses, office buildings, and other facilities with existing or newly constructed elevator shafts.

Q2: Does a shaft installation cargo lift require a machine room?

A2: No. Most models do not require a separate machine room. A top clearance of approximately 3.5 meters is generally sufficient for installation.

Q3: Can the shaft dimensions be customized?

A3: Yes. We can customize the platform size and equipment dimensions according to your existing shaft size and lifting requirements.

Q4: How long does installation take?

A4: Installation time depends on the equipment size and site conditions. Standard hydraulic cargo lifts can typically be installed within 3–7 days after the site is prepared. Our engineering team will provide detailed installation guidance, and overseas installation support is available upon request.

Q5: What after‑sales service do you provide?

A5: We provide comprehensive after‑sales support, including technical consultation, installation guidance, maintenance assistance, spare parts supply, and online troubleshooting. All equipment is backed by a 1‑year machine warranty, and our technical team is ready to provide prompt support whenever needed.
